WHO AM I?

WHY I'M HERE

Over the past couple of years, I noticed that my strength, balance and endurance wasn’t what they used to be, even though I hadn't changed anything. Something had shifted. After trying to treat individual symptoms, I finally landed on the issue.

Perimenopause.

That’s when it hit me: I needed to change how I was training to truly support my body through this new chapter. It took trial, error, and a lot of research to figure out how to train smarter—not harder—so I could stay strong, feel good, and support my long-term health.

Now, I’m passionate about helping other women on the same journey. You don’t have to figure it out alone—I’ll be right there with you.

Let’s work together to create a plan that fits your life and helps you become a stronger, healthier version of yourself. Reach out today to schedule your complimentary screening, and let’s get started!

MY STORY

I grew up in Scarsdale, NY, and graduated from Scarsdale High School in 1993. I went on to attend Vassar College, where I earned a BA in Psychology in 1997. After college, I started my career in advertising and marketing before returning to school to pursue a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and Literacy from Bank Street College of Education in 2008.

In 2004, I married my husband, Ian, whom I’ve known since fourth grade at Edgewood School in Scarsdale. After living in the city for a while, we returned to Scarsdale in 2010 to raise our two sons, Sam and Miles. During that time, I became a stay-at-home mom, staying involved in the community through volunteer work. Now that my boys are older, I’m embracing the next chapter of my life. I am reclaiming part of my life and redefining who I am in the world.

Fitness has always been a central part of who I am. I started working out in sixth grade, played basketball and soccer in high school, and was a member of the swim team. In college, I joined the crew team and discovered a passion for running. Over the years, I’ve completed four half-marathons, the NYC Marathon, and numerous shorter races.

I’m thrilled to use my experiences to help other women navigate the overwhelming amount of fitness information out there. I’m excited to embark on this new chapter and guide others toward health and strength.
